Tapestry Music has become my favorite guitar/parts store in BC. They have great customer service, free shipping in Canada on orders that are over $149. My last order I included some extra shipping details. They understood what I needed and delivered without a glitch. And of course great guitars and amps.

Firstly, Buying this guitar from Tapestry Music was one of my better decisions. I had some extra shipping details included and they accommodated without a glitch. Tapestry does a 25 point inspection on guitars prior to shipping. I'm not sure what this inspection entails but my guitar arrived in absolutely gorgeous condition. The set up dead on. The fret ends and fingerboard smooth as silk. Just lovely. The guitar. I bought the Jet 400 thinking it would make a great upgrade platform. What I got was a guitar that really doesn't need anything. It's got an incredible neck. Flame maple and roasted. The fingerboard is also flame maple and roasted. It's not heavily figured but it's there and for the price I paid. . . wow! I ended up swapping out the tuners for locking ones even though the originals are good. The electronics are the standard dime sized pots and pcb switch. There's anything wrong with these components. They work fine and would probably last for years. I understand to keep the price point where it is cuts have to be made. I will upgrade the pots and switch at some point. I did a ton of research on this guitar and others in this price range. You can't go wrong here. Sure there are other guitars with similar specs that are good but there is something about that back carve in the body of the Jet that sealed the deal for me.

Reached out with pictures of available instruments, was able to pick the instrument that I thought looked the best. Very happy, will be ordering my next instrument from here!

Excellent instrument. Sound quality is superb. Very happy with it. When I received the B string was a bit buzzy but two cranks counter clockwise on the truss rod fixed it up.

Fast shipping, very easy purchase

It’s a great horn! Bought it for my husband and he’s been totally thrilled with it.

I ordered a set of strings and they arrived quite quickly. But the shipping charges were way too high so I won’t order again. Why can’t small things like strings just be mailed.
