Really enjoyed the activities at each culture. Very informative.

I purchased the circle tour with the basic island ticket. I’d heard only positive things and I was super excited to finally come. Unfortunately the circle island tour guide was so salty and crude that I almost asked for a refund. Very disappointed, however, he did alert me to how some natives feel about the military community of which I’m a part, and tourists. You may want to be cautious because he did indirectly refer to the PCC as a tourist trap which really put a sour perspective on the PCC before we got there. That said, I think the Samoan presenter was great, and the Hawaiian. The Tahitian was overall best in making me feel welcome but it was hard to see the performance. I wish there would have been more dancing and I wish the crafts were something I could keep as a souvenir and didn’t fall apart after a few minutes. All in all I wouldn’t say it was quite the tourist trap my salty circle tour bus driver made it out to be but I do think it could do more to make people feel immersed in the culture and spirit of aloha.

My twin girls who just turned 13 said the Polynesian Culture Center was their favorite part of their WHOLE Hawaii trip!! The whole day was SO amazing and the people in the different island culture exhibits were phenomenal!! So fun to be around everyone and learn so much and see their sense of humor. The night show "Ha-Breath of Life" was so amazing, we were just in awe! Thank you for a lifetime of memories!

great place to explore the Polynesian culture and learn about the place you are visiting

My wife and I came to Hawaii for our honeymoon and we had to come to the PCC. Our tour guide was the best, he was very knowledgeable and made sure we got to see all 6 of the islands. We can’t remember his name but it started with a T and he was from Tahiti. The luau was so much fun and the food was amazing. We will be sure to come again when we visit Hawaii again!

Had a great time, checked out a ton of demonstrations. Our tour guide was awesome.

The Polynesian Center was absolutely world class experience. Loved the evening entertainment, there’s nothing like it.

We had a great time! I wish I had an extra day to come back and see all the things I could not see when I went. It just did not work out with our busy schedule. I will be coming back to do this again some day! The people who work there are some of the kindest and friendliest people I have ever met!

We could have spent the entire day visiting just one region of the park. The performances were fantastic and our travel group walked away learning so much. It was a great experience for all ages and the kids loved taste testing and participating in the games and dances! You definitely need 3 days to explore all they have to offer!

The performers are very talented and entertaining. Even the bus rides with Cousin B were relaxing and enjoyable. But the PCC is not the same without the pageant/parade.

Had the best time!!! As a family travelling with a 2year old and 7year old it was one of our highlights so much fun

We hurried around and still did not get to do everything from opening to close. Make a schedule on the app and you can get it all accomplished in one day. Great experience overall. Students were very helpful in explaining each culture. Just wow!

We made a whole-day tour to the PCC, but could not take part in luau as all the tickets were already sold out. Thus, we had to wait until the show and unfortunately most of the program at the village ended at 5 pm (because most of the people had the dinner) and we had a little to do in between. That’s why only four stars. Otherwise everything was close to perfect and the center is a real culture gem!

This far exceeded any expectations I had. I loved that the people were actually from the country they were representing. The knowledge we gained helped us understand the history. The luau was lovely and the dancing and story was so beautiful. Ha breath of life was incredible.

My family had an awesome time at the Polynesian Cultural Center. We started with a relaxing canoe ride to see the 6 islands and learn about their activities. We then proceeded to explore on foot a couple of the island exhibits. It soon became time for a exceptional buffet with lots of food choices. After dinner we lined up to enter the Luau show. This 80 minute show was awesome. It tells the story of a couple who have a son and we get to see him grow up throughout while experiencing the songs and dances from each of the 6 islands. The PCC is definitely worth the cost.
