Product delayed a month without being informed

I have now ridden the bike for about 3 weeks and 300 km. However, I have made a few changes. With my height of 193 cm, the standard XL model is not enough. Adjustable handlebars, grips, saddle, suspension. It would be nice if such things could be ordered ex works. If I had any questions about the ordering process and delivery, I received a quick and competent reply, thank you.
