We named our Mill "Edgar" after my parents' name for the big wooden firewood box of the same name. It, in turn, had been named Edgar after the "Edgar Bergen and Charley McCarthy" ventriloquist famous back then in the '50's.

I exchanged my first generation Mill for the second generation and am glad I did. In hindsight, the "first" was fine - not knowing better - but the second is A LOT better. More effective grinding and seems to get finished, faster.
