I had a germination issue with one of the strains I ordered. Laura in CS responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and resolved it to my satisfaction in less than a week. Not even Amazon has CS THIS good.

I had an issue with my shipping address. Ruth in customer service did a great job helping me get it sorted out.

All my seeds came up ok, you can figure about 90 percent will make it ok. I was surprised to have 100 percent rate. Fast service, good sale prices.

I’m starting to lose faith with Seedsman. A while back I ordered Original Skunk #1 regular seeds. I got zero results out of five seeds . A $50+ purchase Then I bought a 5 pack of Purple Ghost Candy The order came with a freebie of 3 White Widow I got just one healthy and two small weak Purple Ghost plants And zero results from the White Widow. Order # SS0138905. A $50+ purchase Recently I bought a BOGOF five pack of Fuel D og #SS01412931 It came with a three pack of Skunk #1 regular seeds Zero results with the Skunk And only one weak tiny little Fuel D og germinated out of ten seeds. A $50+ purchase A couple of the seeds smelled rancid in the paper towel and turned into mush That is a sign of old seeds. I have been growing for over 55 years I have seen this before with my own seeds that have aged too long Your service is terrific, its very exciting to receive the seeds in the mail But it is extremely disappointing to get meager results with old seeds after putting in all the time it takes to grow a plant I really want to do business with you guys But now I’m wondering if I’m wasting my hard earned money on a company that sells seeds that don’t grow If you have a replacement program, that’s great. That would make me feel better As it stands now I’m really disappointed in Seedsman
