Polenta is not even in ingredients list.

This is absolutely delicious, and gluten free to boot. It was the first time I tried it, so I only bought one. Next time I was in the store, the section for this product was empty. Will check again - at just 340 calories, it's a hearty, satisfying week night dinner.

Even though it has red meat, I feel good eating this for lunch, because Luvo makes sure to keep the sodium at a minimum and to use lean meats. The sprouts and polenta round out a great meal and the sauce is killer!

This meal tastes so good it's hard to believe that it's healthy for me! I love the bbq sauce. The polenta is so creamy and the collard greens so tasty. It has everything that I would want to make for myself!

I tried this for lunch yesterday and I can't stop thinking about how delicious it was. The green chiles in it had a nice spicy kick and the quinoa added a great texture. The sweetness of the corn really balanced with the beans and the peppers. The tortilla even tasted as though it had been lightly grilled-- not at all mushy. This enchilada is incredible. Now, if I can just get my local Publix to start carrying it, I'll be in good shape!

Excellent meal. The flavors were delicious. I wish the price were a bit lower or that it came in a family sized entree. It's too expensive to buy individual meals for all of us in the family (there are 4 of us) but I would if I could.

This is a good simple mac and cheese, GF or not. I over cooked mine (as I added frozen peas) and only then did it get a little mushy, so perhaps the other reviewers had a super strong microwave? The taste is not as good as a certain other brand's panko topped mac and cheese (lets just say it also has four letters, three of them ar ethe same as this brand!) and its a might lighter flavor than your standard box stuff, but when you comapre nutritional stats, they balance right out! So for me this is a regular backup meal, whereas the other would be a treat.

I was delighted to find your line of vegan meals and this was the first one I tried. I LOVE IT! Great taste and texture (don't know why others are complaining - it's chickpeas, what do you expect? :) ). I will definitely buy this again.

Since I'm busy all day at work I was looking for something delicious and close to home cooking as possible and I tried many brands and bought this and I just fell in love with the taste because it was good just like my cooking and my family members enjoyed it besides the options I can choose from

Very good tasting and I look forward to trying more. The texture of the mushrooms was not good, they didn't do well with freezing/ microwaving.

This is one of the best frozen vegetarian meals I've had in a long time! I wish it didn't take 12 weight watchers points off of my day's total, but I SO enjoyed it.

This is my favorite Luvo meal. It is very creamy and tastes decadent. The cauliflower chunks are fairly small and blend in well with the other ingredients.

I was never a fan of enchiladas until I tried these. Knowing Luvo uses clean ingredients makes it taste even better! The combination with the beans is rice is delicious! Great for an easy lunch or dinner when no time or energy for meal planning and cooking. We love Luvo!

I tried this for dinner last weekend and became a barbecue chicken convert. The grits were creamy, the greens were well seasoned, and the chicken had a spicy tasty twang. Yummy!

Does not come out as chunky as picture, but nonetheless delicous.

The taste was bland. I expected more punch in flavor considering this is suppose to be green curry. The noodles and veggies were completely overcooked. They were clumpy and mushy. I've purchased other Luvo products in the past and they have been good. I don't know what happened with this one.
