Registered my camper for the Teen Adventure camp. At the last moment, they email us saying the overnight camp site will not be Sandy Point State Park. Camp was going to be at a local park and Terrapin Adventures instead. Not happy about that. After two days, my camper did not feel safe enough to return because of the bullying behavior of other campers. The camp director was willing to negotiate a refund, but then found out we used CertifiKID and told me to talk with CertifiKID instead. CertifiKID then tells me to get the refund from Terrapin Adventures. So neither side wants to take responsibility. Stay away from this camp if you have any doubts, the risk of losing your money is not worth it. Terrible human service from both parties.

I lover Certifikid. I have been buying from them for years ever since my twin boys were 3 and my family and I have been able to try so many different venues at a discounted price. My boys are now 8 and we just welcomed a newborn. It’s nice to try something for the 1st time at a discounted price especially if you end up not liking it.

What CertifiKID does truly is a service, especially during the pandemic when finding activities that we feel safe doing is difficult, especially for a reasonable price. CertifiKID provides a continuous list of ideas of things to do--many of which I wouldn't have even known about otherwise. It also is helping me build a list of activities that, while we don't feel comfortable doing them right now, we certainly will give them a try in the "after" times, even if the discount is no longer available. CertifiKID has saved me countless hours of hunting for new and interesting family outings, and has generated a few activities that we now view as family traditions.

When we lived near the DC area, we used Certifikid quite a bit. They have great deals, have options that appeal to families and the website is easy to use. We purchased Minefaire tickets and unfortunately, the event was canceled and never rescheduled. Certifikid is working with us and refunding our tickets since we no longer live in an area with lots of their deals. If they ever expand into the Raleigh/Durham/Fayetteville area, I will surely use this website often once again. They work hard to find fun activities, new places to explore and great deals.
