Several weeks after placing my order (which included custom engraving and an additional strap), I reached out to inquire about the status--as I hadn't heard or received anything... A few short hours later, Guido responded--to inform me that he had reached out to the shipping company, and learned that my ⌚ had been lost in-transit... He assured me he'd rush a new order to me, and sure enough: the personalized watch (with add'l strap!) arrived within days (all the way from Belgium to New Mexico, no less)!! Superb customer service, fantastic watch; wonderful experience!!!

I liked the metal bracelet but it felt awkward as it accidentally opened regularly. Changed to leather strap. Suggest getting a metal bracelet that wouldn’t have that particular problem. Customer service is very good.

I've just bought a C47 Watch, it's just a beautiful and really good quality watch ! Really nice to have a WW2 Veteran souvenir each day on the arm !!!

The RSC watch manuals are incomprehensible, and my watch does not act as the manual indicates it will. And in the RSC Irish Air Corps watch leaflet there is no indication which of your five manuals applies to it.
