Blue Dog Ink has filled a need here for a cartridge that's not available as a single where I live. They had problems with supply chain, but kept me up to date and shipped sooner than expected. Always appreciate promptness.

Purchased this Brother printer for our business. It is a great little shipping label printer but wanted to share the solution for a problem I encountered in case you may get frustrated and want to return this little gem. Worked absolutely fine outside the box with it's starter roll. Purchased the recommended replacement labels (DK-1241). Once I did that, it was headache after headache as I kept getting error messages trying to print. I even changed the setting to the DK-1241 (4"x6") and continued to get the errors. 4 times with Brother Support and nothing resolved. They escalated the problem but didn't hear back from them after a weeks time. Called Bluedogink and was ready to return the unit. Finally called Brother back wondering if it was escalated why it was taking them so long to get back to me. The suggestion was short and sweet after having them jump on my computer remotely. "Sometimes people have success by installing the free adobe pdf reader extension to chrome". They can make the suggestion but can't actually tell you to do as Chrome isn't a Brother product. "Good luck" he said. After completing the call with the tech, I went to Adobe and downloaded the extension. Worked like a charm and now my printer is doing what it is suppose to do. So before you throw in the towel if you've experienced the same problem, try this 5 minute step. You'd be amazed at how well the things are that they can't tell you work! And by the way . . . best prices, excellent customer service!

I was under a deadline to print my portfolio. Bluedog ink delivered my package sooner than expected after some initial setbacks. I really appreciate Julia and the Bluedog ink staff. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

I did not appreciate being hassled to give a review before my product arrived but I am very satisfied with the Cannon Pixma Pro ink that I ordered. I came in a timely fashion and I was impressed with the packaging and the item is brand new. Other competitors are still waiting for the ink to come in stock. Will order again.

We are a professional printing business and we only use genuine branded ink in our wide format printers. We have a Canon PRO 4000 that has 12 ink tanks and some were starting to get low. I was dreading replacing that many ink tanks until I found Bluedogink. I saved $400 over what I was about to pay at LexJet! Plus they are fast - ordered on Thursday afternoon and received them on Tuesday. Tracking said I should have gotten here Monday but I think that was a Fedex issue, not Bluedog. Way to go Bluedogink!!!
