I ordered bras and less
I ordered bras and less than 24 hours later it went on sale. I tried to contact customer service to get the discounted price as my order was still being processed. They came back and said no and that was it. When I asked for store credit for the difference in price I did not even get a response from them! What a joke. I have been a customer for years and I have never had such horrible customer service. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I told them this will reflect in my review and got no response. What a shame. I LOVE certain products but I am now forced to shop elsewhere now. I was so upset with the response and lack there of and told them they were loosing a customer but I guess it does not matter to them.
