Great service, received my order really fast

Placed my first order with YVH recently and the customer service was great! I haven't had a chance to use my hops yet but the packaging looks good and they even threw in some extra "samples" Thanks YVH!

I got the wrong hops. I ordered Sabro but I received Mosaic. I love Mosaic but was hoping to get to try out the Sabro.

Super folks with a super product. Arrived a day early. They have an impressive selection and they take great care when packaging it up for you.

Purchased a bunch of different hops, including Vic Secret and Sabro. Package was shipped and delivered sooner than expected! On brew day those hops smelled so good! Top quality, as always. Def order again!

I had a little issue with my last order, the problem was with USPS and not YVH. I have had nothing but good experiences with both their customer service and their products. Shipping to my area (the Ozarks) has never been good, and with COVID-19 in full effect, it's rough to say the least.

Hop selection was excellent, only regret is not waiting a week for the Aussie hops to come out. Transatlantic delivery was nice and quick. Order was all correct and accounted for. Lost a star because one of the bags lost its vacuum in transit but they still smelled good so I just resealed and foresee no further issues. Excellent communication from YVH before they sent the order to account for some potential covid/customs issues. Overall great service, will be back for more.

Always get great hops, great delivery time also. Since I keep unused product in the freezer, I appreciate the re-sealable mylar bags. Unfortunately, I always seem to need more varieties than I can afford to buy. I'll be back soon. Thanks for great product and timely service. Bill
