I think I own most of the products and I have never been disappointed with any of them rings are great customer service and warranty is great also the watch band is amazing and their new Belts a great all-around amazing company

I love the ring but I do wood working, hunt, fish and do everything outdoors the design does not hold up rubs off after a month of wearing.

The rings are okay.. if you get a design it wipes away pretty quick... but if you get a plain Jane one.. your good to go... I would of gave them 4 stars but unfortunately broadcasting a bad review and calling that person a Karen.. is just rude.. you take the good with the bad and learn from it... be the better person..

I definitely have good things to say about this belt if you appendix carry or have a Velcro belt prepare to throw the thing out cause this is all you’ll ever need for a belt. I had my suspicions after reading some bad reviews but everything was just company based bad reviews. I bought the belt and tried it on thinking the belt is too thin for my holster but low and behold it’s the best belt I’ve ever had for concealed carry! I hardly feel the holster when I wear it! It stretches just enough to make it so that all I feel is the pistol up in my gut but that pain of it rubbing my leg/ waist after carrying all day is 100% gone! I stand by this product as a must have for appendix carry peoples out there!

Love Groove ring. I order my husband one for his birthday and it was to small so they sent me a new one and a package to send my old one back. We now have a total of 3. Two for him (he’s a mechanic so he has a back up one) and then mine. We love them and won’t be ordering else where. Getting my a belt for Christmas!!!

Not only was it super easy to order exactly what I wanted but I also received it in literally less then a week. Its even more comfortable then I could have even imagined.

In 2018, my husband bought us a pair of rings. He had a camo kryptic typhon and I had twilight stackables, set of 3. Within a year, his ring began breaking due to work. And my printed ring began to get hard in brittle. It snapped in half. I contacted groove, they had my email, no need to looking info up. We paid the difference and upgraded my husband to a zeus, and I got a solid color thin. We were asked for pictures and what address we wanted it sent to, confirmed it, and waited! In no time we got our replacements, no issues, no hassle. Fast forward to another year. 2020... My rings are holding up, no issues, but again due to work, my husband's is falling apart. So I contacted groove. They asked for our account number. Well, I don't know, I didn't need it before. I asked if they could look up our names or email. No. I scoured my email, nothing with an account number. It was never needed. Now it is. They said they cannot get replacements without it.. so, now.. we can't utilize the lifetime warranty.

I purchased a ring years ago and it got a tear at one end of it, so I decided to try to do a warranty exchange. When I initially tried it told me that my ring wasn’t eligible but did not specify why. I contacted them through Facebook Messenger, I am not sure who the person I was conversing with was or even if was just one single person, but either way they were extremely helpful and polite. I am currently waiting on my new ring to arrive. What I thought was going to be a severe pain in the tail turned out to be one of the easiest processes I’ve ever had through customer service. (This is, however, all pendent on the delivery of the new ring)

I bought my husband and me a ring and both rings faded after a few months!!! His was camo and mine was different colors! I ordered us solid rings this time and paid extra to get them quicker and it has been a week and still NO rings 🙄!! I’m very very disappointed and WILL NOT SUGGEST buying rings from here again!!!!
