Hey guys.. Credit where it's due. Thanks for your great service recently. I hadn't dealt with NN before. It was a breeze... Had 1 of the surfboards left in stock online,, so decided to check with the store to make sure.,. Young lady was lovely,, very friendly and efficient, and assured me there indeed was one in stock.. (checking brand, size, fin boxes etc) I asked if I could process over the phone.. 'sure, no problem'.. She was very quick and efficient.. I had my email confirmation straight away, packed and on its way in 24 hours I think. And delivery to Perth in 8 days.. That's pretty cool for East Coast to West Coast deliveries.. !! 10 days to 2 weeks is not uncommon.. I believe it's because they got it out, pretty much straight away that it was delivered the following week. All arrived in great shape and as per order.. East to West can be tricky, but I'd have no hesitation in dealing with you again .. Cheers Mark

I've purchased 2 boards over recent years from Natural Necessity and both times I've had superb customer service from the shop and online staff. I had some cosmetic damage on one of the boards which the team went above and beyond to swiftly rectify for me. It’s amazing the level of support you get when you’re in this store I was approached by the owner on 24/423 and mentioned that if I ever wanted a test ride of the electric bike along the beach. I would only have to give him a call..this is not the first time he personally given his time and advice.

Ordered shoes online. Thought I was getting new shoes. - they were used damaged display stock. Firstly they denied it was display stock. I was offered refund at my own inconvenience and expense. Or 10% discount. These were $220 shoes. You’d hope they were perfect. My issue is why did they send me used damaged stock and think that was okay to do? Then act as if I was inconveniencing them because I was upset? Sneaky. Un-australian. Clearly don’t give a shit
