As always, first rate service. Telephoned midday asking for advice and to order fertiliser, products delivered the following morning. Could not be more helpful and efficient.

This was the first time I had ordered from Pitchcare and the only disappointment was no one rang to inform us that the delivery was delayed by a day. James dealt with our order and I must say he was a pleasure to deal with. Helpful /professional is probaly his middle name. I did say when I made the order that we had no where to hold the topdressing and it would all be used on the day it arrived. However as it turned out we were able to store in in our clubhouse and to be fair, although the logistics of transferring the order to the green were very challenging we managed to complete all the scheduled work. I also dealt with Rose who again was a pleasure to deal with. Despite the little hiccup, I look forward to dealing with Pitchcare in the future as their customer service is excellent.
