I purchased a new replacement head for my WM doll. I chose #36 with green eyes. I ordered her on a Tuesday with some extra eyes, and 2 wigs. I was told that there may be a week delay due to Dragon Boat Festival that was upcoming. I was a little bummed out but to my surprise was my delivery was ON Dragon Boat Festival Day!!! Talk about speedy! took about a week not counting the weekend. When I opened the box, everything was there, and in perfect shape. The head was beautiful. the green eyes really popped! It was a GENUINE WM doll head and had the quality make-up, and the original smell of the TPE of Jinsan! It was not a bad smell, just my way of saying it was real. Smelled like my original WM doll when new. This smell went away after about 3-4 days on my head stand. I wished I could put photos as words are not enough. finelovedolls.com took great care of my needs. MDBG!

This is my third doll, first from this site. She is PERFECT! The doll looked so good to me in the pictures that I thought is was to good to be true. The customer service people at Fine Love Dolls assured me that the pictures were what I was buying and they were right. I've Been to ALOT OF SITES this one is the best. The customer service is top of the mark! The selection is incredible. The site I was using for my first 2 dolls was an American site, It just made me feel more comfortable buying. I now know that they are overpriced and don't offer the selection that this site offers. Thanks again Fine Love Dolls :) I will only purchase from this site from now on. Just so you know I don't do reviews unless I am completely satisfied or completely unsatisfied. I am completely satisfied!!! :)

First of all, I'd like to point out that this website, and the products offered are legit.. My doll Danica arrived earlier than expected. And she is a true work of art. The craftsmanship is top notch, and their customer support is second to non.. There was a mistake made with my order.. But thanks to Kevin and a few emails later, the problem was resolved and I couldn't be happier. Now I'd like to focus on the doll... They are heavy.. And somewhat difficult to maneuver. But after a couple weeks, I've come up with ways to work with her with minimal fuss.. The TPE material does have a distinct odor.. But after routine baths with baby oil and a light powdering of baby powder, the smell is not as noticeable. I spent the first 2 weeks just in awe of her beauty.. The attention to detail is incredible. Once I was past that phase, I finally spent some "quality time" with her.. And I must admit.... It was different, but well worth it.. And each time after that , it has only gotten better. Thanks again to Kevin and all his help..

Hello all, It is difficult to express just how much Fine Love Dolls has exceeded expectations. I only caught a quick link while hunting through The Doll Forum and was hooked Fine Love Dolls since. The direct support, honest answers and "no hard sell" was just the best way to make a sale. That and when I needed FLD to understand life situations, there was never a question. As a first time doll owner, I am satisfied overall quality of the doll. The price, production and shipping were all fantastic. The customer service was very quick to respond and helpful. Only a few minor issues arose with the order. A word of warning though, the dolls are heavier then expected!

Sorry it has taken so long to wright my review. The team at FLD sent me one beautiful lady a month ago while in the process of moving and I have not had the time to submit a review or even spend some time with my doll. That will change soon. I would like to express my total gratitude for the most beautiful lady I have seen anywhere and the help with the damage, which was not their fault, that occurred in shipping. They offered me a repair kit (no cost) to repair the damage along with some other gifts. I will be dealing with FLD again. I would also like to say something about The Doll Forum. My time on this site has been both a pleasure and educational. I have learned a lot about the dolls avalabul here to buy. The page is easy to navigate, and works well with no issues. I found the large option pool daunting at first, but the site admin and owner helped me with any questions I had. While also addressing my concerns reguarding transaction. Overall my experance with the whole prosses from building my own ideal doll, to the final checkout, with optional items( some of witch are free gifts I might add) was a great. To sum up, I am very happy with my experance! I will post a product based review on my doll when it arrives.

I've been an anime fan for a long time and i'd like to add that this idea that I have for you would give you a lot more business. Anyway back to what I said before I'm an anime fan and I think it would be great if you could make dolls pertaining towards some characters or just make it so we can customize them more freely. This would be great for me because I love this one character and would be grateful if I could have her as a doll! Besides that the doll itself does the job....

This Climax doll arrived in perfect condition, the quality is very high there was no smell as some others have mentioned and the feel of the skin is so life like we were both shocked. It’s our first doll so the whole there’s another person in your house is very real, we both love her! Oh yea the 50 inch booty is hypnotizing but with those curves comes weight.
