I had a excellent service with travelopod. When I called to inquire about my booking cancellation, I was greeted warmly by the person on the phone and they were able to resolve all my issues.

Chris Wilson was awesome it was my first time purchasing an airline ticket. Chris was understanding and patient and he gave me a great deal on the airline flight. Chris was patient and understanding and answered all my questions.

Working with Genny was so appreciated. She demonstrated a high level of customer care. Her persistence, concern and follow thru resolved a very complex issue with the airline. She deserves 5 stars for her work. One suggested improvement for Travelopod – when a complex travel rescheduling situation have your senior agents assigned each work shift. It can be frustrating for the customer re-explaining and it is possible for miss-communication. I was very fortunate that Genny demonstrated all of the excellent skills needed to guarantee I could leave on vacation in 4 days and travel with my girlfriend.
