I'm sure the products here are very good hence all the great reviews. For some reason out of the 3 strains I got, none worked for me. Customer service did reach out to me and offer to give a full refund but I'm not able to do so at this time as it requires return of the unused portion and shipping ECT. I think maybe it was "just me" not the product itself so I did still give 4 stars.
