All services were wonderful

I love all the products I have purchased. My complaint is with the company. I purchased a variety of Olive Oils (6) and a White Wine Vinegar. It was all beautifully packaged yet one bottle leaked and 1/3 drained out into the box. Nothing else was damaged. When i brought this to the attention of the company they insisted on doing an investigation meaning I was to take pictures of the bottle, seal, package etc. In order to determine an outcome. Along with this order I purchased a gift set of Olive Oils and had them shipped directly to my brother in the State of Washington. Non of the 4 bottles could be opened. Not one! Again the company insisted on this gift to be returned to the company. I'm sorry but that is out of line with all the inconsistencies and embarrassment of sending a faulty gift product. Not to mention the price of the products I've purchased through them. I will not use this company again.

Olive oil is expensive- I think it makes sense to buy from people who understand the product and know how to handle and store it responsibly. I’ve never had a bad experience with OOL!
