I had ordered some books from here and after the confirmation of my order there was no response from the store at all. I reached out on call, whatsapp as well as email but couldn't get any response at all. Not even an acknowledgement that the order won't be delivered or anything like that Out of the books I ordered one was a gift I planned on giving to my friend. And I had to look for other options as this store didn't delivered on its promise. I still am waiting for a response but all my messages are felling on deaf ears Absolutely Pathetic and untrustworthy store

Seeing all the good reviews. I ordered some books from dervish online. I recieved an order confirmation email but no response after that. It has been 3 weeks, I have not recieved the books, nor have they replied on email or whatsapp. Was looking forward to the books. Really dissapointed

As I have booked some books from here, after booking, they don't even reply to my messages or emails. So I request that they cancel my order after 4 days have passed; they have not seen my messages or emails.

I ordered books from this website but they don't even reply on email or whatsapp and my books are not received till many days.They don't even receive my call or reply with a text msg.very bad experiance.

One thing I really liked was the delivery was really fast they literally delivered in two days i guess and even i msg them on insta about a book I needed they immediately got that and put that in the stock and sent me the link so i can buy.
