We booked in this roof inspection 2 months ago and we paid $150. for the inspection We didn't expect much As the roof is only three years old, but Joel. found multiple defects and also helped us get it all fixed for free from our builder I highly recommend anyone with a new home to get this inspection for $150, as we have been quoted for the same service between $750 to $1500 dollars
