A bit pricey. You are trading on your brand, but I can't fault the quality and secure delivery. Wish the amount for free P&p was smaller

To be honest, the shipping left a lot to be desired. It was pissing it down with rain and the delivery driver decided to leave the package in a secure place "by the planter" out in the rain. The box was completely drenched through, but fortunately the coffee bags inside are wrapped in foil. I even updated the delivery instructions to include a neighbour as the safe place. Whittard - you need to have a word with your delivery company!
