I had a lot of issues with XPO delivery. Sceduled delivery then No Show. Not contacted until 6 dayslater. Then they wanted to reschedule another week when I complained that they rescheduled a few days earlier. The handle on my freezer was scratched because it gouged a screen next to my stairway & cut a wholein that. The two drivers were trying very hard I but I think the company needs to get more experienced professional delivery people. Also during this week I had taken my front door off and emptied my refrigerator so I had a lot of problems with that going expecting them to showup as scheduled...

Love this frig! The style fits in perfectly with my home which was built in 1957 in Cocoa Beach, Florida. I attached a picture to this email. The oven is original and still works. There is a pink refrigerator drawer on top of the frig and this drawer came from my great grandmother’s pink frig. The only thing I would chang is stronger magnetic strips in the freezer door. Sometimes the freezer door opens when you close the bottom door even when closing the door gently. Thank you so much!

Design, color, and size are perfect. And, the water stays cold for hours and doesn't taste like tin! Nice item to gift.

The orange range hood is wonderful. Great quality and the color is vibrant. The ordering the delivery and customer service was excellent.

First of all the look. The color. Amazing. Choosing the color was tough because in addition to the standard colors there are dozens of custom colors to chose from at their website. The fridge is for our beach house. So do get it in light blue or minty green or go with something else? We actually ordered color samples. One thing is looking at a tiny dot on a screen another os looking at the actual paint on a metal piece. (I highly recommend it if you aren’t sure.) In the end, instead of a beachy color we went with the original retro refrigerator in cherry red. Inspired by those gorgeous Coca Cola machines. The fridge looks like a cross between a coke machine and a red 50’s convertible. Big doors and handles. Plenty of chrome color too. Those classic door handles feel and look great but work efficiently with magnetic rubber seals to insure a good tight fit. The doors look and feel thicker than today’s tiny fridge doors. They close promptly on their own. Inside the fridge there’s plenty of room. Nothing old here. All very modern and hi-tech. Bright lighting. Extremely roomy both the fridge and freezer. We didn’t order an ice maker because we prefer the higher quality of a crystal clear standalone ice maker. So our freezer compartment is huge. And after years of French door fridges I prefer this top and bottom arrangement. The fresh food section has multiple compartments. Altogether It’s only been only two days we have it in our house but we love it. And so far, friends and guests love it too. We got the indoor “White glove” delivery service. Due to the pandemic freight shipping is seriously backed up but it was worth the wait. We’re having company for the next few days. And each guest brought different things. We even have several champagne bottles too. Durability wise, I’ll update the review when we’ve had it longer.

Retro in look, feel, function, and customer service. This is an amazing thing as this company still shows old school pride in their product and service. We have purchased 2 refrigerators now in the past few years because we love them so much! (1 for home and 1 for our office) It is so nice to make an additional purchase because of the love of product rather than out of necessity because the product was cheaply made and broken down. Recommend for anyone who loves the retro pride in quality and look. Be prepared for many compliments!

It took a while to get it due to covid then the first one was damaged. In the end it was worth the wait. My refrigerator adds an unexpected elegance to my kitchen. I wish I could have all Big Chill appliances

I have wanted a Big Chill fridge for over 10 years now! It was finally time to purchase. Everything went very well with ordering and delivery. The fridge came well-wrapped and packaged, and even included tools for taking the doors off, which we did need to do. The refrigerator works amazingly well. The freezer makes ice cubes very quickly. So functionality-wise, I give it a 5 star rating. It is an amazing refrigerator, very eye-catching and really the centerpiece of our kitchen now. I know the cost is high for these refrigerators, however, it is worth while to purchase some special pieces for a home every once in a while. If there would be one appliance to splurge on a bit, let it be the Big Chill Refrigerator. Let. It. Be.

Absolutely love the red Retropolitan fridge in our 130 year old cabin. Only thing that could have been better was instructions on how it was affixed to the moving platform with big bolts. Luckily we had the proper tools to remove the bolts with the delivery men. They did not and some people would not

Still waiting to have it installed but, love looking at it! Also purchased the Retri Refrigerator and Microwave. Can’t wait to see them all together in place!

I have been waiting for a long time to get my first Retro appliance. I finally got a turquoise Retro Fridge and I absolutely LOVE it. The delivery company was excellent. I had the in house delivery set up. Both men were professional and careful bringing in my fridge. Extremely happy with my purchase. It's beautiful and I love Big Chill!!
