Because of my health I had to change my diet specifically restricting sugar intake and foods containing gluten.Those two ingredients are in almost everything but Kind made the transition a little easier to swallow because they offer great tasting products without the stuff your body doesn't want or need.Home delivery is nice too!🙂

Given the season changes it would have been good to realize the bars were not shipped in any form of insulation to prevent melting. The non chocolate ones were fine and I will adjust my order next time
