Is the notice about credit for Danbury Mint a scam or a “thank you”?

Since this jacket was personalized I was concerned about whether I might be able to return it if it did not fit my wife correctly. Therefore, before ordering, I called customer service and the representative assured me that I would absolutely be able to return it. She also helped me determine the right size to order. When the jacket came in it was the perfect size.

I purchased four of the red cardinals from the Songbird Ornaments Collection. My wife and I have lost both of our parents, and I thought the wife would like these for more Christmas decorations. I was right. She loved them. They were of extremely high quality, which we've grown to expect from anything we've purchased from The Danbury Mint. Her eyes lit up when she pulled the first one out of the box and then saw there were four of them. Anything that makes her happy makes me happy. Thanks again for a great product.
