Finally received our 2 bottle wine gift boxes. Very happy with quality and end product, however we encountered very lengthy production delays. Had to constantly chase their customer service reps to obtain an update. When they finally did respond, they were very vague explaining what was causing the delay. Would consider using them again (products are really good), but need assurance of their promised turnaround time.

I've been using Inke for our subscription boxes for over two years now, and I've never looked back. The quality of the printing is excellent (white text on a red background - not everyone can do it well!), the website is easy to use and customer support always offers a speedy response if I ever have any questions. Particularly love the new online account features where I can quickly reorder past artwork and get real-time updates on current orders. Only downside is needing to add an additional week to estimated shipping timelines that are listed online.

Great product and user friendly experience uploading and ordering. Will definitely order again as quality is great and the packaging has enhanced our consumer experience and branding. Printing was longer than lead time, so only let down but not a major if you're not in a rush.
