I would give this zero stars if I could. I had placed an order for some candlesticks with rush delivery. the items did come on time for my event although not as soon as what I paid for. I found the items completely broken. I went online and very carefully followed the damaged items section, took photos with my order number written out on a sticky note on and attached it. I have emailed and tried to contact them 4 different times, and I have never received a reply. I will be making a dispute with my credit card company. This makes me sad as someone who wants to support smaller business, but the lack of any customer service is not acceptable. I would NOT recommend you make any purchases here

I’m very impressed with how carefully everything was wrapped and packed. I ordered 7 Johanna Parker mugs and they all arrived perfectly and fast! I’m so excited to use these for various holidays. :) I’m also excited I have a new web shop to go to for cute gifts and other holiday things! Thank you so so much!
