I ordered a I phone 6 from this company unfortunately my order got held in customs as it was Christmas think extra checks were being made I contacted them on several occasions with almost immediate reply I must admit I was getting frustrated as the phone was due to be given as a gift in 4 days time it was also a special gift for a little girl who’s 7 year old brother has a rare form of cancer in the end this company came through by offering to send out another phone free of charge and when the other one arrived actually trusting it’s custimer to return either one I don’t think many companies would offer this service the phone arrived in excellent condition and one happy little girl thankyou will definitely use again

Bought an “excellent 32 GB iPhone 7 “in silver. Looks fantastic actually looks new. My only regret is not buying the plus size. Didn’t want to spend that amount of money when I have never bought a refurbished product before and was unsure what the quality would be like.

I ordered a phone for my son for Xmas, it arrived in good time, nicely boxed with all the appropriate accessories and we even got upgraded on the memory free of charge! Would use again..

Service from certiphones was excellent. The phone is a Christmas present for my wife so hasn’t been tried yet but it arrived fantastically packed and looks like a new phone.

We have 11 year old triplets who will be going to high school next year, so needed to buy 3 phones for them. Ordered the refurbished phones from Certiphones and wow, they are perfect, three happy kids! Great phones, great value, delivered promptly and had very good service!! Highly recommend this company!!

Waited 2 weeks for the delivery, was meant to come at the end of the delivery week but came at the start of the next week. The phone quality is much better than expected, except the battery dies at a random precentage between 0-60%. Happy for the purchase but the delivery could be improved

It gives me great confidence that Certiphones offered a 2 years warranty extension to my purchase. The phone is in very good order and I can now look forward to continued use for a considerable period. A very good purchase indeed,!

Both iPads look very good. Boxed in genuine apple box. Both look immaculate, as they are gifts for Xmas i haven’t used them yet.
