Great local bike shop!
I was looking for a commuter e-bike that offers value for the money, without compromising on quality components and customer service support. As I plan to ride more, I may require additional service and having a local service center that not only supports their Thunder e-bike but also other brands, Richmond eBike is the perfect place to go. I have visited other places, but none can compare to the products and services offered by Tung and Tram. I highly recommend it.

Amazing service! Like family! All other bike shops recommended me to them. They specialize in all things electric and have a huge inventory, tools, and tires all ready. 5 star! With them all my e-bike worries are gone! Love them!

I cannot express enough how much I enjoyed my experience purchasing my new e-bike. Tung, the associate who assisted me, was genuinely kind and fabulous. Tung made the whole sale experience a pleasure! I had no idea what I wanted, but Tung's help led me to a bike that I absolutely love and at a surprisingly affordable and reasonable price. Everyone at the store was knowledgeable and helpful, and my interactions with them were all positive. I highly recommend this store with five stars!

I have owned this Thunder Pro eBike for 6 months and have ridden 2,000 km on it. After testing many models in the market including Rad and Envo, I can confidently recommend this Thunder eBike over others. The motor output is incredible, and even when riding with friends, their bikes struggle to go up steep hills. The customer support has been wonderful, quickly resolving any small issues I have had. Overall, this is an amazing eBike and the communication with the company has been great. I highly recommend the Thunder eBike.
