My tights ran and got weird lines the first wear!

I thought I had found the solution to my constantly-ripping tights problem but these ended up being a let-down. I’ve had them for a few months and only worn them a few times and there are multiple holes and runs in them. I had thought of these as a worthwhile investment, but they were just another disappointment.

Disclaimer: I am not and never will be a user of shapewear. The idea of squeezing myself into something to make me appear smaller at the price of comfort and mobility is not one I get behind. Cons for Sheertex: sizing. As far as I can tell, their waist band is pretty much identical no matter what size you order (I now own both L and XXL and good luck telling them apart). What does this mean? If you are small sized, you are safe. If you are larger sized, you may end up feeling like you are wearing a boa constrictor around your middle--with the consequences of long term compression on your guts yours to enjoy. Pros: they do what they say. I took a pair of embroidery scissors and stabbed the sample they sent and just barely managed to make a hole. My kitten literally climbed my leg and the tights look as good as new. They have checked every box, except for the bizarre lack of waist sizing. Also, props to their customer service rep, Nikki, who has the patience of an actual saint. If the rest of their CSRs are like her, they have a dream team.

I used to hate wearing tights because they never fit right and always rolled or felt itchy. These are not only soft, but fit great, and don't roll down. I am a true convert!

Usually pretty responsive but customer service could stand to be friendlier.

Great quality and breathable socks

Purchased both classic tights and essential tights. Class tights were good and comfy. Essential tights waistband left something to be desired. I followed their guide to my size to order but the waistband kept rolling and falling. Spent all day pulling it up which was quite embarrassing. Customer service didn't accept the essential tights back because I wore them once but gave me some resolution to me being unhappy with them.

Good product. Well made and wears well.

Great under dresses for hot weather, prevents chafing. But bands at thighs dig in, I ordered according to size chart so not sure if I got the wrong size.

Easy to put on, fit well. I have 2 cats and it is a relief to know Sheertex can stand up to kitty claws.

With all the hype, I hoped they would have lasted a little longer

I am Flight Attendant as you know we wear stockings everyday while flying. The 1st day I wore a pair my short nails ripped it while trying to put them on. I was so shocked I expected more from this company as to what they display. I am going back to my $10 Walmart stockings

The tights do roll down and sag, so I felt as the band wasn't tight enough for dancing and moving around alot. Apart from that very comfortable. I did although experice some thread pullings, which does effect the general appearance of the tights.

So I have two things kind of working against me when getting hosiery. 1. I am a man, and many of the time, our size isnt considered 2. I have incredibly developed quads. Sheertex is one of the few websites that these issues are not an issue what so ever! I honestly appreciate it. It's hard enough to have the courage to wear hosiery as a man in The States, thanks for having a stylish selection that makes me feel included.

Wears like a comfortable second skin.

My work uniform requires that I wear black tights. I'm a plus size gal and I've always struggled just to find tights my size and a 15$ pair of tights may last 1 or 2 shifts but these Sheertex badbois are incredible. I thank you, my thighs thank you as well- no more rashes from the holes in my tights. They are so comfortable and solid , actually perfect. I bought a pair because my coworker had been wearing hers for a year now... just really amazing product and exactly what I needed. Thank you.

The fabric is wonderful: supportive but not restricting. A very sturdy foundation garment.
