So thankful to have found Northstar Bison and to be able to order from them when physically I'm more than 2000 miles from where they are. It is so handy to order and knowing when the shipment will be shipped, knowing there will be plenty of dry ice to keep the meat frozen for longer than normal shipping times in case there is a delay in shipping, and getting the meat so solidly frozen is such a wonderful treat. It is a huge treat to get good quality healthy meats that one knows are healthy to eat. What's even nicer is to walk by the counters of garbage meats in the stores and never even look at them. Thank you, Northstar, for all your wonderful work, not only with the Bison but your willingness to ship for other conscientious farmers raising other meats naturally.
