I knew I wanted to get something custom made for her birthday and while looking for inspiration online I came across Jewlr’s website, I’m so glad I did. The pendant I selected features the 4 birthstones of our family on a beautiful tree of life. The resulting gift exceeded my expectations, delivery was quick and I must say I’m very much looking forward to presenting this gift to her. Customer support is outstanding and I will certainly be shopping here again.

The options were a-plenty, the prices fair, and great, fast, delivery options... Sad part is after-service is not so accommodating. They may have acknowledged their error, but their being adamant on a return policy, as opposed to a partial (difference) refund to satisfy everyone is a bit of a downer. That is to say, as opposed to us going through having to ship and wait for the returned item and a full refund from the company, we are stuck in a back-and-forth by email, waiting for something so simple which could have taken minutes, maybe an acceptable business day for completion. It has been a couple of weeks now and no response for a couple of days from my most recent rebuttal. Without further ado, I hope these folks not only send you what you order but that you, yourself, do not need to go through the same thing. Granted, if your spouse is not happy with the product, send in for the return, by all means. But in this situation, I feel like Jewlr service could be a little more flexible when it comes to making up for their error, and we can avoid having to review in a negative light.

The items here are extremely small to the point of being comical. It’s too expensive to be this small.

I bought an engraved ring with my daughter's birthstones. The engraving wasn't very deep & after a couple of years I can't read their names & quote that I had engraved into it.

My first 5 purchases were absolutely great… it’s been 4 years and only my one necklace broke so I sent that one in to get fixed but still haven’t received it back yet. But my 6th purchase which is a name necklace… my husband ordered me it at the end of February it came March 2nd for my birthday.. the necklace was made entirely too short, which I’m not sure if it was my husband’s fault or not but it’s fine I ended up paying extra for a longer chain just got it back finally a month and a half later so excited to wear it and the chain wasn’t even longer it is the same exact size so I paid for shipping and for it to be longer and got it sent back with nothing fixed and now I still can’t even wear it. Going back and forth with custom service which isn’t easy because they don’t understand really which sucks. After this experience I don’t think I will ever order again since it’s taking months to be able to wear my necklace :( hopefully I get a good outcome and my mind can be changed but the way it’s going I doubt it. If you order double check make sure everything is correct or you’ll be waiting months to be able to wear your purchase.

I think I should start off by saying I do incredibly tough work. Cutting through the woods with a machete, opening various manholes and storm drains with a pickaxe and measuring the pipes inside. The Women’s Solid Gold Signet with the little diamond in it has been on my hand for a couple weeks now, and I absolutely love it. It now has a patina, but is still golden and gorgeous to look at always. The genuine 3mm stone never fades, it always sparkles, regardless of my line of work. I do not take this ring of when, swinging a sledgehammer… Very very solid little piece of jewelry for everyday wear. Solid gold, obviously scuffs when you hit it against a sewer manhole or manhandle a few solid tree branches. HOWEVER, it is not misshapen in any way. It remains perfectly round. Just the way they sent it to me. I love it. Every scuff I put on there is a badge of honor for the working man with a GED who can finally afford himself a 800$ pinkie ring for the heck of it. ❤️ Thanks Jewlr

I've bought the name necklace and a personalized ring from here and they're both exceptional. The necklace has lasted 4 years without breaking. The ring did have a jewel fall out but I contacted Jewlr and they were happy to fix it. Will continue buying from here for my jewelry needs.

I ordered my brother a custom necklace for a family member that had passed and a gold bracelet for myself. The necklace was awesome and was very, very happy with. My bracelet clasp was broken so I shipped it back to get repaired but it somehow got lost in the mail, as they never received it. I got an e-mail today reassuring me they were sending me a replacement. Super happy as I was worried I wouldn’t get what I’d ordered back. I will 100% order from them again!

This company is amazing! I ordered a gold necklace for my daughter that my grandchildren picked out with three rings all engraved. It arrived 3 days later! And is absolutely gorgeous!
