While I was in NYC for work last week, I wanted to visit the showroom, but it was still closed for shopping. Kerrilyn let me place an order online, then pick it up the same day. Fast shipping

I’m satisfied with the ring I purchased but it took 8 months to arrive. At one point I was sent the wrong ring in the wrong size, and it was in bad shape (looked chipped from factory defects). Some of the customer service agents I spoke to since my original order date were helpful, informative, and empathetic, while one or two were not at all helpful, hence the 4 star rating.
