I returned some items, it took several days to get a reply with a return authorization code & address. Returned items priority mail & it took more than two weeks to get my credit. I love tribal clothing but will never buy online again. Not a pleasant experience.

Easy website service and fast shipping

i was so pleased to get the coatigan and its lovely, I first saw it in Shades in Duncan but they didn't have my size so searched the website and found one in the color I wanted and the size. The delivery was good and punctual even tho I had given them the wrong address and had to call and fix that. The order came and I am pleased with the whole process. Also before ordering I had checked two other stores who sold tribal and they were also sold out. it was a clerk at one of the stores suggest I search online as it was a very popular sweater.

Impossible to return an item.

I love Tribal clothing. This year I have had items that do not match the size chart resulting in returns I have to pay postage for. So I then order two of some things and return what doesn’t fit. The only issue with online shopping . Otherwise I am a happy owner of several outfits :)

I love Tribal but the retail store in my city doesnt always have what I am looking for. Therefore! Enter Tribal “online”. So far it’s been smooth sailing for what I have ordered but I am constantly aware of accurate sizing, etc., so I dont have to ship back. Last week I received a vest I ordered online. Love it! In fact wore it to my “Tribal” store. The buyer asked about it, took the numbers and was going to order for the store as it was still available. Go Tribal!
