From beginning to end had great customer service. Jeremi was always available to answer questions I had and always keep me informed. Installers were very professional and very respectful. One worker even saw my fence had some loose screws and tightened them up for me without even asking. I will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.

Great company to work with. They answered all my questions and did all the wiring for my electric car and looks clean and professional. They came thru Qmerit and installed approximately 20 feet and no extra charge. The fist company came thru Qmerit wanted to charge an extra $173 at first and then another $600 for the wires. Green Star did the whole thing only for the amount Qmerit.

We recently had Green Star Solutions plan, install, and qualify a new solar system. Green Star was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, handling all the permitting, installation, etc. Because they use master electricians for the work the final city inspection was a breeze. They even suggested putting them on a pole because we didn't want them mounted to the roof. The solution worked great for us. This put the panels off the ground but not on the house It even helps keep the panels cooler, making them work better. They worked with us while we secured the loan to pay them with. They kept us informed of all the steps. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to install solar.

I needed work done on my inverter and contacted several SolarEdge contractors. All declined my request as they “don’t support residential systems”. When I contacted Green Star, David (owner) took care of me right away. He was able to get my inverter replaced under warranty. He even called me a couple of weeks later to follow up to make sure everything was still good. Michael is aces!

This company was great to work with from the beginning. I can't say enough about them and how they probably saved our sanity. Another company did the system install and could not get it hooked up correctly. My wife and I went on for more than a year without having it fixed because the original installer could not figure it out. The guys at Green Star were just great from the beginning and to come in to clean up someone else's mess. I would rate Green Star Solutions, Inc. a 5. The sales representative who explained the system and presented Green Star Solutions did well, although a few things weren't clear at first but was corrected afterward. After all was settled, and approved our electrical service provider was contacted by Green Star Solutions and arrangements by them was made to install the "Smart Meter" it was installed as they said. The system was delivered on the day they told us, the installers came and installed the system on the day they said they would, and installed in 1 day. The technician came to certify and complete the connection to the grid on the day they said they would. When all was done according to their policy, and quality control our electrical solar producing system has been operating since! No hitches, everything done in a highly professional manner and do highly recommend Green Star Solutions to anyone interested in using Solar Energy in their home!!
