Processing took a long time, but I understand the last minute rush as the cause. I miss the 12mg/ml nic, which was what I preferred and wanted, but I guess if you no longer carry it, I'll make do. And, since I am a non-commercial consumer, I guess I'll have to find a new source when this runs out. Sometimes the US government just plain sucks.

Several purchases from them before and as Always they are great people to deal with. Through the nicotine madness some people had some problems but they were doing their best to get the orders out as quick as possible. I will definitely order from again and again

River Supply just handled a large (for me) order of items I would no longer be able to purchase after the vape ban deadline. I'm certain they were buried in orders Nation wide for the same reason. Wrong products shipped having to pull my hair out trying to actually talk to someone to fix my order ,items damaged in shipping , and yes not always your fault but how it's packed helps it from being damaged ... If you want to set your self apart have live operators to take phone calls to answer questions to fix problems cuz let's be honest y'all have some issues in shipping and damaged products being delivered

This was my first time ordering here and I was quite pleased. I really like they way their website is laid out and it make ordering easy. I put my nicotine right in the freezer when I received it and will open it when I need it so I can't comment on the quality but I have no reason to think it isn't a great product. Shipping did take a while but I ordered right at the end of their shipping deadline so it was expected to take longer than normal. They did proactively reach out with an email letting me know that their demand was high and endured me it would ship before the deadline. The box arrived sealed and taped up really well. Inside was plenty of packing material. The bottle was inside a thick plastic bag that was sealed off with a zip tie. I hope to order more items in the future.
