Team was super accomodating with navigating Canadian shipping. Arrived right on time as estimated.

We paid for overnight shipping on matchbooks, because their estimated ship date was cutting it close to our event date. However, they were shipped much earlier than expected—meaning we paid for expedited shipping that ultimately wasn’t necessary. Meanwhile, the pens—which should have shipped well in advance—were delayed twice without clarity as to why. Though they were finally shipped just a couple of days before the wedding, they were not overnighted as requested and so they didn’t arrive until three days after the event. Sadly, this meant we weren’t able to use them at all. Despite our efforts to plan ahead and pay for expedited service where needed, we were left with a large expense and hundreds of unused pens. When I shared this frustration with our project contact we were provided a discount code for our next order. That really wasn’t a sufficient response. When I replied to that email I never heard back. After this experience, why would we order through Templi again?

Overall was great - they helped me make sure i got them on time and we’re quick and easy. Some small printing quality issues but nothing drastic. Good quality for the price and convenience. If needed for a one off party like a wedding or birthday would highly recommend. If looking for more premium to represent your brand maybe find a more expensive option.
