I picked "arrive by xyz
I picked "arrive by xyz date", and it did with no problems. When I had to call Collin Street Bakery to speak with somebody, they are always polite.

The cake that I received didn’t have fresh pecans. They were very stale. I thought you were going to send me another cake with fresh pecans.
