This company seems to be a scam!! I was silly enough to first think it might be a legitimate company that is interested in using the money for conservation in Scotland. Upon further investigation I found that this company does not show an address for the company which is a legal requirement. The certificate does not have any identification that allows me to find out exactly where my plot is located such as GPS details. There is also no information available to show that they actually own land in Scotland. I believe this to be a scam. I have contacted the company the very next day after purchasing (well within the 14 days they specify) about my issues and a refund, but have not heard anything from them... Whilst they can keep sending me junk emails of their promotions they are yet to reply to my concerns. - Sheree Curtis

It is a legitimate title. I purchased the Lairdship package and was very satisfied with the purchase. Most importantly, I like the fact that we are planting trees and helping the environment. It was worth the money. Glad to have found you folks online! Keep up the great conservationist work.

Lady Brock wrote a sarcastic review but I am going to one-up her and write a good one. The Lord bit works but I can't try it on an airplane because of COVID-19 Restrictions. When I get to the UK I will try using the title when I book 1st class seats on the train. Lady Brock can sit in the passage. Now, that's an outstanding giggle. I am happy with my square feet of earth and plan to put poppies on it in remembrance of the 152 British Soldiers, Sailors, and Airmen and 3 Falklands Citizens, who gave the ultimate price for our freedom. Good on You, but don't go so hard on my Lady. She's a good sort and when we reach Scotland she should be sufficiently tame so we can pay you a visit.

For example, the legitimate company “Highland Titles”, which you based your website on, offers the GPS coordinates of the plot of land you purchased, and runs actual tours of their land, located in Glencoe, Scotland. For this reason, I would like a refund. Otherwise, I will report this organisation as a fraudulent seller, and seek a chargeback from my credit card company. Kind regards, Leanne

While researching my Scottish MacRae/McRae lineage and ancestral heritage in the Kintail and Eilean Donan Castle area, I came across the Established Titles site. What a magnificent way to preserve areas of Scotland my ancestors defended over the centuries. And such a unique way to gift the spark of one’s family heritage! Just made my Christmas and Birthday gift-giving much more meaningful. Thank you for allowing us to help insure a natural Scotland is preserved!

Legal Title of Lord Having recently purchased a plot, can one now legally/lawfully change one’s Titles on passports, drivers licences, letter heads, legal documents etc.? With my English and Scottish heritage I would most certainly do so. It’s been a lovely process. If one can now claim this title and change one’s document, I would say it’s an absolutely fantastic idea.

Great fun idea for that person who has everything. Also like the concept of planting a tree for every order as this adds to the ethical and care for the environment nature of the company.

A great opportunity and self fulfilling experience to have an establishment no where in there world no matter who or where your from you can be an lord or lady .

We purchased both a Lord and a Lady pack for my in-laws they were so ecstatic, my father-in-law was born in Belfast and grew up in the USA. Was extremely bored and worried at the start of lockdown when I stumbled across Established Titles. Read everything carefully about the conservation work they do. I decided to treat myself as it would be hilarious to use it informally and introduce myself to the guests on my tour bus ( I'm a guide ). Although it's a novelty title you can actually change some documents and ID to include Lady...decided not to for fear of ridicule ?. Here I am 6 months later finally proud of my Title and may use it formally. What's changed you may ask...who in their right mind or otherwise can spoil my fun in these challenging times. I'm going to use it everywhere without a care to remind myself of better times and I'll make everyone in my family a Lord/Lady in revenge for making fun of me!! Best ever impulse buy... My family left France and England to the new world, giving up all titles and land. My grandfather told me of the sacrifice his English and french totals have up. On his fifs third great grandfather related to king Richard the third. His third great grandmother related to ?queen maria theresa and Marie antoinette. !y DNA in 2019 with may geo proved it true.
