Got what I wanted and it worked

I bought my second pair of Astro A50s recently and this newer model had been awful. The “band” that goes over the top of your head that says “Astro” between 2 plastic pieces keeps popping out every 5 minutes making this headset very annoying to use.

The purchase process and delivery was easy and simple, so was the setting up of the headset itself, but I’ve had many issues in the short time I’ve had with the headset itself. The quality is all over the place and I’m not sure who to talk to about these issues with the headset, between the headband not fitting properly and constantly popping out, connection issues, the sound on voice chat apps being irreversibly damaged among other things, it’s tough to recommend to other people.

My Astro’s are always the best. I decided to order off the website this time to support the brand rather than Best Buy and will never do so again. I paid for fast shipping and I think it took 2x the amount a regular shipment would take. I will continue to use third party sellers as they seem to be more invested in getting customers their product. Truly love your brand, but the customer service is inadequate.

The general shopping was fine. I ordered it and it came. However, the app wouldn’t update the mixamp and I’m going on three weeks having the product with no fix in sight.

Ordered a custom headset which I know takes longer and was willing to wait the expected 2-4 weeks for processing and shipping. I wasn’t a huge fan of the customer service however. After 4 weeks of waiting I got an email saying that the new shipping date was an additional 4 weeks away. No communication, no reasoning, they just extended it by a month? Not very cool and if I didn’t love Astros I would have gotten a different. Brand.

Nothing wrong. Great controller, even thore it's been used before, nothing wrong with it at all.

As always with Astro, 5 star product. Picked up the a50s and had to get the ps5 adapter. If I could make a suggestion you should put that somewhere on the box so you know you’ll need it. Headset and adapter work flawlessly!

Two weeks late when I paid for 1-3 day shipping a 4.99 extra charge. Ridiculous and inane.

Ordered this item at the beginning of May for a birthday present in the middle of May. However, it wasn't going to be available until July. In the end it did arrive earlier than expected, but after the date in May I really needed the item to arrive. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

I got the cord I ordered and it even came in a day early.
