I bought this powder at the mushroom festival a couple months ago (2023) and I've been consistently taking about a tsp everynight for about a month... I AM IN LOVE! Thank you mymushroompeople for helping me! I'm only 28 and with every kid I have (4 kids now), I gain extremely stubborn weight and its affecting my whole body! I used this for only a month and I've already noticed changes in my acne, mentstrual, and yes, MY WEIGHT!
