Works great! But you MUST have it with food or the heartburn is insane. Helps me sleep which is nice with my hormone and cortisol issues. Hard to swallow.

I’m gaining the benefit from this one. And it doesn’t taste bad either. It’s tasty and easy to chew. As a matter of fact it melts down pretty quick. Making it easy to swallow as well. Not sweet, just right for me as a small adult. I have to have chewable. I’m not able to swallow any of pills.
