Website was easy to use,
Website was easy to use, easy to navigate. I ordered over 260 individual pieces. I received my order quickly and without issue. I was disappoint that the pieces were packaged in their categories, but I was ok with sitting and hand sort them. I don’t think some customers would want to or be able to inventory like that. Unfortunately, two of the letters were damaged. I’m hoping that woodcrafters will send out replacements because I only ordered enough to get my job done. Despite that issue, the wood pieces are perfectly cut (as described) and I’m excited to complete my design.

My wife’s oak lazy Susan
My wife’s oak lazy Susan fell and. Role of the railing spindle around it and she was most upset. Looked at local Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Hobby Lobby to no success. Finally on the internet I found your web site and there was a picture of the exact spindle I needed. Ordered them and had them with in a week perfect match and better quality than the ones that broke. Thank you very much for your help. Michael
