I have tried all three products and let me share this with the world i have a simple regimen for when i start my period.. I start with my Rise up tincture its gives me the moviation to get up and start my day I simply shake up my Rise up tincture and insert a drop in my mouth and i’m prepared for the day. I dont hav to worry about cramps or feeling fatigued. When i come home and take a shower i then stir my tough love cream i apply a small amount on my hand then i apply the tough love cream on my lower abdomen ( i also use it have a sudden burst of cramps especially on the first day of of my period when cramps feel extremely painful). In about 30 minutes to a hour i feel the cream works best for me. Finally right before bed i shake up my Wind down tincture and take a drop. Its helps me relax and body feels at ease and i have no cramps throughout the night.
