John Jacob : Poor quality frame Customer Care : Very poor and unhelpful Buy 1 get 1 free : BEWAREEEEEE OF THE TRAP!!!! The price paid is divided amongst the two product, though you have actually paid the price for the original product of higher cost. When there is a problem, Lenskart will show their true colours and give you a surprise. So you are given credit of half the amount paid and FORCED to take a substandard John Jacob frame. Wonder how they manage the billing like this !!! Their return policy is difficult to get and remains a secret. POOR SHOW LENSKART !!!!!
