I just received the mid-pitch set of Deccabons I had ordered and they are great. The drums were well packed and shipped in a timely manner. More important, I want to express my appreciation for Dave and how he worked to accommodate my order. I had originally ordered through Reverb but the order was not supposed to go through because I live in Hawaii and shipping anything out here is too expensive. Dave called me and explained the issue and worked hard to resolve the problem with an offer to share the shipping costs that was fair. It was a win-win solution. I was so impressed that he would go the extra mile for me that I asked him if he was the owner of the shop. He said he wasn't but treated the store like an owner would. I wish I lived in the area so I could shop at The Drummer Superstore more often! Top notch service and high quality gear.

They email me saying they do not have the guitar in stock after everything was prosessed. They say should have never gone through. So they are refunding me my money. Things happen. I am unhappy but I understand. Could have suggest another guitar.

So, if you want to use this company, yes, you do have to have decent credit, and no, you better not live in Wisconsin if you do. I tried, was failed with Affirm, and Katapault, (the second option) isn't recognized in WI. When I wrote and tried to find an alternative way, I was told they could take a credit card, or do lay away and that it's not their fault my credit sucks, (credit invisible on disability for serving these people so they could have this business). I was then berated by the actual owner for having poor credit and that "since he designed the website he knows how it all works. Use Zzounds or American Music Supply. True no credit check instrument company and the owner doesn't talk down to people on disability.

I just thank Brad for helping me get my kit in time to leave for tour!!! I bugged the crap outta him and he stayed in communication the whole time. I really appreciate you bro! I’ll be buying from here from now on! Thank you!!!!

The Pearl Studio 8”Tom was a perfect addition to my set. The quality is top notch. I am 1000% satisfied with my purchase. The folks there DrummerSuperstore were great shipping was very fast. I will order from them again in the future and I highly recommend them.

I purchased a vintage Rogers Script kit based on oral representations that is was mint. The owner offered to sell me vintage hardware also and I agreed. The kit arrived and I was please with the condition of the shells and shell hardware, but the tom mount collets were both stripped and not able to function, this cost me $125 to replace and it was not disclosed in advance. The Dynastic snare was also in very good condition, but the throw off knob was missing and the snares needs to be replaced. The cymbal stands, snare and hi hat stand were just OK but shaken, so I returned them as agreed for a refund of the $700 I paid sight unseen. The seller agreed to refund the money and also send me the missing knob he found when I called it to his attention. It has bee two weeks since I return the kit and the seller has not sent the knob or the $700. I have sent texts and I called to leave messages and have not received a response. This is the second kit I purchased from them and you would think a returning customer would be treated with higher regard.
