I ordered TTC tap wrenches
I ordered TTC tap wrenches they seem to be of good quality but I haven’t used them yet.

Order Issue
When placing my order I had some trouble with the payment option. It asked me for my billing address. I went back to see where to add it and found it already there. I continued the check out then realized one item had been deleted from my order. I immediately called customer service and was told they could not add to the order because of the way I had paid. They said they could take my order for another one. Problem is I would have to pay another shipping charge. They were not very helpful. I probably won't place anymore orders with Travers Tool.

Travers usually has what I need in stock. Well this time they didn't, back ordered until end of October. The super nice lady who was helping me, Chastity, I think her name is, went out of her way to locate the dies I needed from another source. The order shipped that day. Travers Tool did a great job helping me and my company. Have been using them for a long time, and will continue to use them in the future. The best!

the website picture of the shaviv SV-29 does not look exactly like what I rec'd. it is close, and will work, but needs an updated picture. The difference is the black cap on the end is not there on the one I got. You have to take the top apart to get to the spare blades.
