After losing my ring after 24 1/2 years of marriage, we decided on a lab created diamond. After lots of searching and comparing companies, I decided on Adiamor and I could not be happier!!! The ordering process was easy, I was emailed about the process with clear information. The shipping was on time and my ring arrives safe and sound. I am over the moon with the quality and beauty of the diamond and setting. Would highly recommend!!!!

Im a LAST minute shopper and i called customer service with low expectations of my purchase being delivered in time for Christmas 9 days away but they assured me they could make it happen and they delivered!! I called and emailed multiple times questioning the process and timeliness and they were amazing to me every time. And the ring...OMG, the ring looks absolutely stunning. Thank you so much, definately found a new jeweler. 1.77ct center stone and about .65ct sidr stones for $1300!!!! It seemed too good to be true but it was real and my wife absolutely loves it!

I love the product I received, no complaints there. The process was odd though. I chose to pay via wire transfer. I had to reach out to the company via email to have them send me the wire transfer details, seems like the should send that to you automatically. I was told it would ship one day and it moved back a couple times. I reached out via chat to ask when it was shipping and immediately received a shipping confirmation. Just odd that as a customer I have to reach out to move the process along.
