First order was lost in delivery & I had to make that known before they corrected the mistake free of charge. Was supposed to have these awhile ago but correction was handled smoothly & no questions asked.

Customer service is great. Return process is a little inconvenient. I know Amazon has babied us into just receiving a QR code without having to find tape/packaging etc.. but overall they are amazing on comprehending if you’re not happy with your order.

my friend introduced me with the bracelet and I loved it because my wrist is really small compare to the average or one size bracelet that any store has and now i can comfortably use my rastaclat bracelet as it sticks on my wrist and does not go up and down

I am blown away with the amazing customer service I was given. I always liked Rastaclat but this makes me love it more. The product was great, couples bracelets are a great idea, just the sizing was wrong for my husband. Otherwise everything was A+
