I was with some degree of anxiety that I undertook a total refurbishment of my 36 year old radiata pine kitchen and laundry. I was very pleased that I chose Hodgmans Kitchen and Cabinets for this task. Both Dale the owner, and Sarah the designer really listened to my needs and wants and were diplomatic in making suggestions. The Hodgmans kitchen installlers and all of the sub contractors employed by Hodgmans were polite, pleasant, very accommodating and respectful of my property. I have never seen a group of tradies work so hard! The program of work and payment schedules were clear and easy to follow. I am thrilled with the finished result and can certainly recommend this business. The whole process from start to finish was easy and smooth. Many thanks to a great team.

Two weeks later the kitchen design by Sarah and Dale was presented to us and after a few modifications, the design was finalised and went into production. Two months later the new kitchen was installed by the very competent, efficient and polite team from HKC. I recommend Hodgman Kitchens & Cabinets unreservedly for the quality of their service, design, cabinetry, and installation. We will most certainly have them back for any future cabinetry work.

The team at Hodgman kitchens and Cabinets have just completed an upgrade to our kitchen and laundry as well relocating the old laundry cupboards into our garage. It is an absolute pleasure to walk into each room and see the difference. The relocation of the old laundry cupboards to the garage was amazing. The professionalism, workmanship and attitude of Hodgman Kitchens and Cabinets is second to none, the organisation of other trade people went like clockwork. Disruption was kept to a minimum so much so it was not the dreaded experience we had envisioned. we would not hesitate to recommend them to any potential clients.

We have been incredibly impressed with the entire process, from initial planning with Sarah right through to completion. The space is more prefect than we could ever have imagined and the quality is outstanding. Sarah was so helpful in the design and decision-making process, as was everyone else we dealt with throughout the renovation. From a customer's perspective you have delivered not only to our high expectations but well above! Using HKC in 2009 delivered joinery throughout our whole very large home to the highest standard and received compliments from our family and friends constantly...we had a few minor issues that didn't arise until quite a few years later and some would say this was 'acceptable wear and tear' but not Dale Hodgman - nothing was ever a problem and his team would visit in quick time and rectify our issue, that we thought, was pride in workmanship and a commitment to customer service that is frequently stated but rarely delivered. Fast forward 12 years and we found ourselves downsizing and HKC was our first option for our joinery work. This was a very small job compared to our first home and we were treated with respect and as though it was the most important job on the books. During the planning stages, we were listened to, and advice was offered for consideration never demanding of a change to our vision. The relationship between customer and supplier we found delivered above our expectations, we are very fussy customers, and this was our 'forever' home, so it was really important the design brief was delivered at a fair price and of a high quality. Every single member of staff we dealt with (not just the owners) were passionate, respectful and intuitive to that customer service ethic that you either have or not, it cannot be taught. 'Lead by example and you will guide others through your behaviour instead of your words' - Dale has nailed this leadership quality! In summary, a review seems hardly enough to recommend this local company to support you through your planning, design, construction and completion of any joinery task. We now have a beautiful 'downsizer' that has been receiving Ooo's and Aaas's ever since the joinery was installed., just a few of the many compliments we have received: "I love the navy cabinets" "where is the dishwasher? oh so well disguised" "what...

This is the second kitchen that Dale and his team has done for me now. It was a difficult one as the room had a diagonal corners. Dale managed to square the new kitchen joinery up making the kitchen look far more contemporary. The team where required to work amongst a number of other trades that where accessing the property day in day out and it all went beautifully. I had a number of extra request as the project gained momentum and Dale and his team extended themselves to accommodate all of them. Hodgman Kitchen & Cabinets really are a professional team. After having a new kitchen, bathroom, en-suite and robes built for our new house a few years back, we have returned to have another robe built. We had a new kitchen installed, Dale and his team were fantastic to deal with. The quality of the kitchen was excellent, the advice and design was brilliant. Their team of installers were second to none, extremely friendly, polite and good at their job. The followup was also great to sort out a minor issue which was no fault of the installers.
