Love the product. Nothing to say about that! It is a high quality luggage and meet all my expectations. Only issue was regarding the order process. I was suppose to have the complementary customization on my cub bags but it arrived without it. I was also supposed to receive it before the holidays but it arrived much longer after. I understand the delay in this tricky season but I find it unfortunate not to have the customization on my cube bags ….
